The purpose of this position is to operate scales and package sealing equipment and palletize finished cases in accordance with customer specifications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the flow of harvested lettuce through the conveyor belts and scales. Place cartons and lids onto conveyor belts while keeping pace with the machinery.
