Vocational Aide
RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Vocational Aide position to join our team in Clinton. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!
Who We Seek
To provide instructional support to individuals with complex needs, including those with medical, gait issues, limited speech, and who require personal care. The vocational instructor will design and implement programs that promote good health, physical fitness, and good nutrition for all individuals in the adult vocational program. Other duties will include vocational/educational work assignments, supporting individuals in the program and in the community, data collection, and client treatment plans and goals.
Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field or bachelor's degree preferred.
- One or more years’ experience preferred.
Shift: 40 Hrs. Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.
