  • Littleton, MA. (Hybrid Work, 50% on-site requirement).
 
  • The salary range for this role is between $220,000 - $320,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

Position Overview: As the Chief People Officer, you will be at the forefront of driving our Human Capital Division forward, encompassing our Human Resources and Learning and Development Departments. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic partner, shaping our people-centric vision and aligning it with our business objectives. You'll have the opportunity to lead initiatives that attract top talent, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the well-being and engagement of our employees.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop and implement innovative strategies for talent acquisition, performance management, employee development as well as contributing to the organization’s strategic plan.
  • Lead efforts to cultivate a diverse, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that reflects our values and promotes collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive organization-wide initiatives related to learning and development, employee engagement, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
  • Partner with Business Leaders to support organization design, restructuring efforts, and succession planning, and overall company performance excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards, mitigating risks and promoting a culture of integrity.
 
Qualifications: 10+ years of proven experience in Human Resources, with at least five years in an executive-level role within the financial services industry, specifically in a credit union or community/regional bank. Demonstrated leadership in driving organizational change, fostering innovation, and building high-performance teams. Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a track record of implementing successful DEI initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
