Memory Care Kitchen Porter

RiverCourt Residences is a premiere Assisted Living Facility in West Groton, MA. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate person to assist in our Memory Care Unit as a Kitchen Porter. Primary responsibilities include, but is not limited to, maintaining and ensuring kitchen and dining room cleanliness, serving meal(s), positive interaction with residents, dishwashing, maintaining kitchen organization, sweeping, and mopping floors, ensuring kitchen is stocked, and trash removal.

Positions/Hours:
Hours are Wednesday-Friday night 4pm-7pm and Saturday-Sunday morning 8am-2pm
Must be flexible working weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation and handling
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Background in dietary departments or as a dietary aide
• Familiarity with assisted living or nursing home environments
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen setting
• Previous experience in meal preparation and kitchen cleaning
