What You'll Do

As an HR Coordinator, you'll help support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities for new team members.

• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements, and new hire orientation.

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist with HR administrative processes, employee communications, and reporting.

• Respond to employee inquiries and help connect team members with HR resources.

• Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with HR, Talent Acquisition, and hospital leadership.

• Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and healthcare employment requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Interest in building or advancing a career in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or Talent Acquisition.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems.

• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Previous administrative, customer service, or HR experience is a plus.
