Operations Representative

The Operations Representative is primarily responsible for reviewing all maintenance and forms completed by Retail and Operations employees, providing internal and external customer support for all areas of Deposit Operations and Electronic Banking; and the document imaging process to convert many of the bank’s critical documents and forms into electronic format for retention and research purposes.


•    Verify file maintenance performed on the core operating system and system reports. Identify exceptions and follow up on any outstanding items resulting from the review. Track missing documents and ensure that errors are resolved to meet compliance and audit requirements.
•    Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate support in the handling of internal and external customer inquiries related to deposit and electronic banking services. Examples of supported services include online and mobile banking, bill payment, mobile deposit, eStatements, online account opening, remote deposit, transfers, ACH origination, wires, debit cards, new deposit accounts, changes to existing accounts or customers, returned or rejected items, errors, disputes, and IRAs.
•    Perform document imaging tasks to comply with federal and state record retention requirements, and for research and storage purposes; ensure scanned images meet quality control standards and are indexed accurately and in a timely manner. 
•    File deposit and withdrawal tickets, documentation and forms for research and in accordance with established Records Retention schedule. Track daily transit checks for each branch to ensure checks are received, stored and destroyed in accordance with established Records Retention schedule.
•    Print various customer notices and checks, such as CD maturity notices, status change notices, overdraft notices, safe deposit box bills, IRA and club distribution checks; mail to appropriate customers in a timely manner.
