Contact Center Representative

Responsibilities:

First point of contact for inbound calls.  Assist with requests for PIN resets, on-line banking support, balance inquiries, customer maintenance requests, and all general banking questions. 

Handles incoming telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner by responding to inquiries, submitting requests to appropriate departments and following up when necessary, researching and/or correcting problems.  Prepares written correspondence to customers when applicable.  

Counsel and advise customers by recommending the most appropriate accounts/services for their needs. 

Expand and maintain current customer relationships by performing outbound service calls to existing customers.     

Other duties as required.              


Qualifications:          

Position requires a background in basic banking operations and product knowledge. Excellent listening skills and professional phone etiquette are essential.  Must be able to multi-task with ease.  One to two years banking experience. Customer Service experience required.
