A Firefighter/EMT-Paramedic for the Littleton Fire Department is responsible for the appropriate response to emergency and non-emergency calls including medical work, responding to fires and hazardous materials incidents, fire prevention and education, maintenance, cleaning, planning, training and office functions as required. The Firefighter/EMT-Paramedic is expected to work on a rotating twenty-four (24) hour schedule.
The starting salary for this position (July 1, 2025) is $64,078 - $67,289 depending on Firefighter and Paramedic experience. The current top step for this position is $79,956. High School diploma, valid driver’s license, and EMT-P nationally recognized certification are required. For currently enrolled EMT-P candidates, will require certification within one year of hire. Firefighter 1-2 preferred. Candidate(s) will be required to complete the MFA Recruit program within one (1) year of hire. Must remain a non-smoker.
