Our final Signature Chef Dish Series of the season is Monday, November 4 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Backstage Lounge & Bistro at The Point. 
We'll be hosting Wild Game Night, with a menu that includes:
6-foot-long whole-roasted New Orleans alligator
Seared Aussie kangaroo loins carpaccio-style
Deep-fried frog legs with Thai chili sauce
Wild boar osso bucco
Moroccan camel meat sliders
Caribbean curry and jerk goat stew
Wild mushroom risotto
Black truffle baby potatoes
Succotash
Chef's veggies

Tickets are $25 for the full buffet (excluding drinks).
