The Rape Aggression Defense System for women is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. The RAD System is a comprehensive course for women which begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance, and progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is not a martial arts program. Our courses are taught by Sgt Rachael Mead a certified RAD instructor and will provide you with a workbook/reference manual.

Classes are 4 3 hour classes: November 6, 13, 20, 27 from 6-9 pm. We would like participants to attend all sessions but if you have to miss one we can catch you up the next session. If you can’t make at least 3 sessions let us know and we will place you on the wait list for our spring class.
