The RAD System is a comprehensive course for women which begins with awareness\, prevention\, risk reduction and avoidance\, and progresses to the basics of hands-on defense training. RAD is not a martial arts program. Our courses are taught by Sgt Rachael Mead a certified RAD instructor and will provide you with a workbook/reference manual. \n\n\n\nClasses are 4 3 hour classes: November 6\, 13\, 20\, 27 from 6-9 pm. We would like participants to attend all sessions but if you have to miss one we can catch you up the next session.
