What the Hiring Manager is Really Looking For
You’ll;
• Pick out the key requirements of specific positions.
• Identify how the hiring manager will differentiate between candidates.
• Understand what each person involved in the recruitment process is looking for.
• Present your candidacy in a way that makes you stand out from the crowd.
To get the most benefit from these meetings, please bring along a couple of copies of your résumé, and any advertisements or job descriptions you’re interested in.
Mick asked that everyone bring a copy of their resume and job descriptions for positions that you have recently applied for, or plan to apply. He would like to do some hands-on interest job searching exercises, so please bring your laptop, or other Internet capable device.
