Approve the September 26, 2013 Agenda.
MassDevelopment update:  Police contract.
Devens Enterprise Commission:  Land Use Director Peter Lowitt will discuss DEC’s proposed Innovative Development Regulations for Grant Road. 
JBOS/MassDevelopment Joint Meeting will be October 10.  Review and approve the 2013 Devens Report draft for release at the meeting. Decide whether or not there should be a meeting of the full JBOS, prior to October 10.
Discuss DREZ Overlay District
Request to have alternate JBOS members appointed by the Town’s Select Boards and the Devens Committee.
 
MRPC contract renewals.
 
Review and approve the June 27, 2013 Minutes.
 
Treasury update. 
 
New Business.
Public Comment.
Set next meeting date.
Adjourn.
