Chairman's opening remarks. \n\n \n\nApprove the September 26\, 2013 Agenda.\n\nMassDevelopment update:  Police contract.\n\nDevens Enterprise Commission:  Land Use Director Peter Lowitt will discuss DEC's proposed Innovative Development Regulations for Grant Road.  \n\nJBOS/MassDevelopment Joint Meeting will be October 10.  Review and approve the 2013 Devens Report draft for release at the meeting.
