Appointment of Katie Neville as Community Development Program Manager
Ayer, MA – The Town of Ayer is pleased to announce the appointment of Katie Neville as the new Community Development Program Manager. Neville began her duties on Monday, April 6. “I’m excited for this opportunity to continue meaningful public service while working strategically and creatively to meet Ayer’s goals around housing, equity, and community wellbeing,” reflected Neville. Ayer, MA – On March 16, 2026, the Ayer Select Board voted to reactivate the Town’s Industrial Development Finance Authority (IDFA), a 5-member Board of Directors originally established by voters more than 30 years ago to support local existing businesses, expand employment opportunities, and attract new investment.
