Galvani to lead the Bank’s banking centers, build relationships with community
(Leominster, Mass.)—Fidelity Bank recently announced the appointment of Thomas Galvani to Director of Community Banking. In this role, Tom will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the Bank’s 13 banking centers, with a primary focus of building relationships with the community and enhancing the client experience. He will be based at the Leominster Connector location and will also serve on the Bank’s Leadership Team.
Galvani comes to Fidelity Bank with over 20 years of retail banking experience. Most recently he served as Senior Director, Retail Branch Support and Operations at Santander Bank. Prior to that he worked for Citizens Bank as a Regional Branch Manager for Central Massachusetts as well as a Market Administration Manager in the Rhode Island and Connecticut markets.

A resident of Framingham, Galvani earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Westfield State University. He has also participated in the Babson Executive Leadership Training and other various executive, sales, and leadership trainings throughout his career.
