Barrett Sotheby's International Realty Appoints Shelley Moore as Vice President of Growth
Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty has named Shelley Moore as Vice President of Growth, a newly created leadership role focused on supporting agents, strengthening the company, and enhancing the service delivered to buyers and sellers.
Founded in Concord in 1977, locally owned and operated Barrett Sotheby’s International Realty has grown into a seven-office company serving communities across Boston’s northwest suburbs and north of Boston. As the company approaches its 50th anniversary, the new position reflects a broader review of the leadership, resources and opportunities needed for its next phase of growth.
Moore previously served as Director of Business Development and is also one of the company’s top-producing real estate advisors. As Vice President of Growth, she will lead the company’s sales organization, working closely with ownership, company leaders, sales teams and agents. Her role will encompass agent support and development, productivity, recruiting, market positioning and opportunities for future growth. Strengthening the company in each of these areas will help its agents deliver the informed advice, personalized service, and strong representation buyers and sellers expect.
