Micro Electronics Assembler

Unique System Skills LLC has a client in Tyngsboro, Ma. that is a Micro-Electronic Inductor Manufacturer. They are seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Micro Electronic Assembler. This individual will be working in the Manufacturing Department operating semi-automated manufacturing machinery. This is a first shift on site position.

Job Description:
• Operates semi-automated micro electronic manufacturing equipment.
• Manipulation of fine wire coils using tweezers while under a microscope.
• Works with hand tools, epoxies and chemical solvents to assemble micro sized components.
• Self-monitoring of workmanship.
• Maintains travelers, logs and paperwork to track production progress and time.
Job Requirements:
• 2 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Candidate must possess fine motor skills, good hand eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to work with tweezers and other small hand tools.
• Good communication skills and be a team player.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Previous micro-electronics or small parts manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Previous assembly or machine operator experience is a plus
• A strong work ethic and attendance track record is required.
• Must have own transportation to and from work.
• English is required.
