The Ravioli Theory is turning one — and they’re celebrating the only way they know how: with global flair, bold flavor, and unforgettable energy.

What began as a concept built around flavor, culture, and community has grown into one of Ayer’s most unique dining experiences. In just one year, The Ravioli Theory (TRT) has delivered inventive dishes, creative cocktails, and immersive culinary experiences that have quickly built a loyal following throughout the region.

On April 18, TRT will transform its space into a full Caribbean Carnival celebration for Rhythm & Rum, its official one-year anniversary event.

This is not a traditional dinner. It’s a full-immersion experience.

Guests can expect J’ouvert energy, Road March vibes, vibrant Carnival décor, island-inspired bites, and rum flowing all night long. The evening will bring together music, movement, and global flavor in a celebration designed to capture the spirit of the Caribbean.
