Fidelity Bank announces grand re-opening of Front Street banking center in Worcester; appoints Eugene Santos-Roesler to banking center manager
 
Leominster, MassFidelity Bank announced a grand re-opening of its 145 Front Street banking center in downtown Worcester during an event at the location on June 6. The Bank also announced the appointment of Eugene (Gene) Santos-Roesler as the new banking center manager for the location.
 
The banking center, which opened in 2018, has been operating on reduced hours due to the pandemic, but now offers enhanced hours while focusing on business deposit acquisition and consumer services. The center’s team will include colleagues with experience helping local businesses get to where they want to be. The team will be led by Santos-Roesler, who is a former business development officer with an extensive track record of helping our local community and businesses thrive.

In addition to the expanded hours, the business banking center will hold various activities to engage with local businesses and consumers, such as financial wellness seminars, cocktail hours, meet and greet events, and various seminars.
 
Santos-Roesler’s career began in the Philippines in 1992, where she owned and operated Jacaro International, Inc. Her first banking position was at Citizens Bank in 2004 as a personal banker, and over the years, she served in various banking roles throughout Massachusetts. She comes to Fidelity Bank from Savers Bank, where she served as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking Officer.
 
“Gene’s knowledge and experience from being a business owner will serve our clients well as she understands the challenges and opportunities for business leaders when it comes to making confident, financial decisions,” said King-Goodwin. “She is highly motivated and with her versatile experience in business, management, and maintaining strong client relationships, makes her the perfect fit to lead our Front Street location.”
 
A resident of Dudley, Santos-Roesler earned an associate degree in economics from the University of the Philippines and holds professional licenses with the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Real Estate Brokers as well as a Salespersons Life and Health Insurance License from the Massachusetts Division of Insurance.
 
An active member of the community, she is a board member for Jeremiah’s Inn in Worcester and the Webster Square Business Association, and a member of the North Worcester Business Association, the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce, and Alternatives Unlimited.
 
The Front Street banking center is open Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to Noon to serve commercial and business clients in the downtown area.
