Fidelity Bank promotes Paula Bernier to Vice President, Director of Mortgage Production

(Leominster, Mass.) Fidelity Bank today announced the promotion of Paula Bernier to Vice President, Director of Mortgage Production. In this role, she will continue to oversee the Mortgage Production Department and serve as an expert on residential lending for the banking center teams.
With more than 30 years of banking experience, Bernier has been with Fidelity Bank for 17 years working in a variety of lending roles. She also leads the bank’s Encompass digital upgrades program, serving as Encompass Administrator to support the strategic and technical initiatives with the system.

A resident of Athol, Bernier is a past recipient of the Fidelity Bank “Mission Accomplished” award for continuous improvement and holds certifications in leadership management and situation leadership. An active member of the community, Bernier devotes volunteer hours to the annual Keely’s Ride and supports Athol High School’s activities, functions, and fundraisers.
