Hanscom Federal Credit Union Welcomes Michele Hart as Chief Member Experience Officer

Hart will drive an exceptional and consistent member experience across all channels.
 
LITTLETON, MA (December 5, 2023) — Hanscom Federal Credit Union announces the appointment of Michele Hart as its Chief Member Experience Officer. In this newly created position, Hart will be responsible for driving an exceptional and consistent member experience across all channels. The Chief Member Experience Officer will be responsible for Hanscom’s branches and Member Engagement Center.

Hart brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, lending, and retail management to her new position. Prior to Hanscom, Hart worked as a Loan Officer at Citizens Mortgage Corporation, then as the Vice President/Branch Manager, and eventually, the VP of Business Banking at Eastern Bank. Hart is a graduate of Bay Path College and she has served on the board of Eastern Bank’s Women’s Networking Group. Hart has also served on the Catholic Charities Advisory Board and was a Committee member of the City of Boston Parks and Recreation.
