Appleseed Personnel is a family owned and operated staffing service that's been proudly serving the Central Massachusetts community for over 40 years. We specialize in providing personalized staffing solutions to local businesses in manufacturing, light industrial, and administrative sectors. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated and personable professional to join our team, in a role that blends outside/inside sales with hands-on recruitment.
The Part-Time Sales and Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and sourcing qualified candidates to meet those needs. This is a perfect position for someone who enjoys building connections, thrives in a small business environment, and who wants to make a positive impact in the community.
Key responsibilities would be to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through in-person visits, calls, and email. Source job candidates for manufacturing, light industrial, and clerical roles, and attend local networking and recruiting events.
Previous sales experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Self-motivated, organized and able to manage time independently is needed.
18-22 hours per week. $25.00 per hour starting pay. Mileage reimbursement provided. We look forward to meeting you!
