JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Business Development Manager - IT Services (Staffing and Consulting) at Unique System Skills LLC means you’re the one accelerating the business to recognize and leverage the versatility of our business solutions. Business Development Manager – IT Services (Staffing and Consulting), would work with business professionals to discover solutions that can help their companies succeed and Unique Systems Skills grow. Enthusiastically engage with our customers to think about the possibilities of UNIQUE System Skills LLC and help us become an integral part their business, we grow – you grow. A Business Development Manager will need to have the ability to create and execute appropriate sales strategy for an opportunity and operate independently while closely working with the USS team. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a systematic lead generation approach, cultivating our existing clients and contacts as well as your personal network.
- Be in constant communication with current and prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating business opportunities.
- Develop positive business relationships with current and new clients and arrange meetings.
- Build, manage and drive a sales pipeline to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Understand client requirements, negotiate pricing, partner with our recruiting team to identify specific resource needs and sell candidates into client. .
- Manage and drive effective recruiting marketing strategy.
- Work with clients to perform recruiting needs analysis and build an effective plan.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and target opportunities while keeping the key team members up to date at all times.
- Assess client relationship and associated processes; identifying areas for improvement and partnering with internal resources and the client to confirm the problem, gather appropriate information, determine potential causes, and specify and implement alternative solutions.
- Report timely and share information with the CEO to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it.
- Provide daily status reports on scheduled tasks and activities to the management.
- Create, update, follow and evaluate monthly forecast for training and recruiting.
- Partner with internal team to implement a sales and staffing process for all levels of talent and system to drive higher conversion rates, quality of hire and key talent metrics
- Execute effective sales and marketing strategies designed to gain NEW business for USS with closing accounts each quarter.
- Write business proposals and lead negotiation of contract terms.
- Assist and attend local networking events.
- Travel/tour client facilities and complete on-site evaluations as and when required.
- You should be able to generate the leads for training and recruiting business. (create your own leads).
- Manage all recruiting/staffing related confidential documents.
- Manage payment tracking and social media accounts.
- Identify, Build, Lead and strengthen positive business relations with old and new business clients.
- Develop, manage and track staffing requirements.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing and Staffing experience and industry knowledge is a required.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Inquiry handling experience and should be comfortable in making cold calls as and when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years’ experience in recruiting/staffing industry is a must.
- Must be accurate and flexible.
- Should be able to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
COMPENSATION
- Commensurate with experience.
