Registered Nurse-Part time

Appleseed Personnel is a full service staffing firm in Leominster.  We are family owned and operated and have been serving the employments needs of central MA for over 40 years.  We are assisting a client in Shirley with finding a Registered Nurse for their busy practice.  

This position would support direct patient care and essential administrative functions.  The RN will play a key role in delivering high quality patient care, including IV therapy administration, patient monitoring, phlebotomy, charting, vital signs, and coordination of clinical operations.  RN would enter health information into the EMR accurately and in a timely manner, and follow infection control, safety, and clinical sanitation procedures.

The administrative duties would include assisting with phones and front desk work flow as needed, assisting with pre authorizations and related follow up, and supporting patient scheduling, and communication of care.  Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment and patient care areas.

Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, experience with IV therapy administration and patient monitoring.  Experience with phlebotomy and blood draws, strong documentation and EMR skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Experience in supporting both clinical care and front desk work flow is a plus.  

Must be able to stand, bend, and move throughout the clinic during the workday.   

Up to 30 hours per week, with a starting rate of $45.00 per hour.
