Work Hours: 8:30AM-4:30PM, additional hours can be required based on operational needs.
Position Summary:
MART is one of 15 regional transit authorities in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts providing public transportation within our communities. This position will manage the entire recruiting process for MART. The Recruiting Manager position is an essential part of our organization to ensure we have the team members to provide our services and to serve the public with the human right of transportation. This role’s primary focus is on sourcing candidate leads for filling open positions, with an ongoing emphasis on van and bus driver recruiting for our operating companies, as well as other open positions in MART’s Transit or Brokerage operations. Utilizing MART’s community connections for warm sourcing of recruiting leads is a critical part of this role. Screening and conducting candidate initial interviews are included in this position’s responsibilities.
