• Lead, train, and develop a team of canvassers to generate leads, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Engage directly with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing, promoting the Marvin Replacement brand and products.
• Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments through positive, informative customer interactions, while distributing marketing materials.
• Represent Marvin Replacement at home shows, events, and retail warehouse locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and leads generated.
• Achieve marketing targets by executing the proximity marketing plan effectively.
• Stay informed and enhance sales techniques by participating in regular training sessions.
