Salary: $21-$25/hr

We are actively searching for a Customer Service Representative for an established and growing services company in Littleton, MA. This position will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating sales leads, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain productivity and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Generate sales leads, address customer needs promptly, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries via various channels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn about products, process orders, keep records, and collaborate with colleagues for seamless support.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years related experience customer service or call center experience (Required)
• Three years of lead generation experience (Required)
• Two years of social media marketing (Required)

This is a family-owned company looking for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced but fun work environment. The work hours will be Monday - Friday+ rotational Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The pay rate is $21-$25/hr depending on experience.
