Operations Manager

We are looking for a professional to manage the daily operations at the pantry, supervise staff and volunteers, and ensure seamless delivery of all programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, this person must be committed to our mission of providing nutritious food to those who need it in an atmosphere of kindness and respect.
 
Principal Responsibilities:

• Manage and train direct reports, staff members, and volunteers
• Oversee volunteer, food, and client counseling functions
• Act as center point for communications across all operations
• Collaborate with Executive Director on budget development and monitoring
• Track operational trends, recommend changes, implement programs, and process improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with the community
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
