Building Maintenance Level II
This position must be capable of performing manual and mechanical work related to the care, maintenance, and construction of the EPIC Buildings, related equipment and surrounding grounds, routine to semi-complex maintenance, painting and repair work. Works under the general direction of the building maintenance Supervisor and Lead, following established department general and special orders, policies and procedures.
