EVM Home Improvement & Painting is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Administrative Assistant to support the company owners. This full-time, in-person role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with a background in administrative or executive assistance are highly encouraged to apply, especially those with experience in the contracting or construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling, and client communications.
- Organize and maintain calendars, meetings, and reminders.
- Assist with social media content creation and basic marketing efforts.
- Provide general office support, including organization and client interaction.
- Foster strong business relationships with clients and partners.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Bonus: Experience working with a contracting or construction company.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, CRM systems, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Excellent multitasking and communication abilities.
