Beginner Barre Series

This is a sculpting, fitness based workout that uses body movement to shape and strengthen your entire being. Designed using a combination of Yoga, Pilates, and classical ballet methods. We will use medicine balls, light weights, and a ballet barre to isometrically work your body to a whole new level of amazement. If you have the sticky socks, feel free to bring them for an extra grip at the barre. Also, a personal sticky (yoga) mat is recommended.

Date: Thursdays May 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th

Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Cost: $65.00 per person for 4 week series
