Ethical Business Principles—What’s your take?
Event Sponsored by Holiday Inn Boxborough
Using the Ethical Business Guide developed by the Rotary Club of Fairfield, OH, this mini-workshop presents five core principles for running an ethical business:
Ethical leadership
Concern for customer
Integrity
Loyalty
Respect
Through roundtable discussion, participants will delve into these principles and focus on three questions:
What has been your experience with
regard to the ethical guidelines presented in this guide?
Do you agree with these guidelines?
Should other guidelines be considered?
The goal is to have participants leave the mini-workshop with a desire to review the role of ethics in their company and carefully consider decisions that could erode, or improve, their ethical culture. Every participant will also receive a copy of the Ethical Business Guide.
