About the Speaker:
Claudette Rowley, Executive Coach, Metavoice
Claudette Rowley, MSW, CPCC partners with executives and teams to improve performance. She is an executive coach and organizational development consultant, and an expert in helping individuals and organizations resolve conflict. Since 2000, she has coached and consulted internationally, guiding professionals, corporations and non-profits through collaborative, strengths-based strategic planning, team building and leadership development processes.
Claudette is an experienced Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Core Values Index and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument practitioner and facilitates individual and team development using the instruments. She specializes in teaching and training people to develop the self-awareness, perspectives and skills to communicate, resolve conflict and lead successfully.
Author of the book Embrace Your Brilliance: How to Align Yourself with Your Unique Potential and co-author of the book A Guide to Getting It: A Clear, Compelling Vision, her articles have been published in hundreds of online and print publications.
