About the Speaker: Kim Meninger, Great Heights Coaching
Kim founded Great Heights Coaching with a mission to help professionals maximize their career success and satisfaction. Throughout her career, Kim has always been troubled by the number of highly talented, yet deeply dissatisfied, disillusioned, and disengaged professionals she's encountered. In response, she decided to start a business specifically designed to help these professionals find the right fit and reach their full potential. Kim partners with her clients at every stage of the career lifecycle. Some are entirely unclear about their career direction and need support determining what to do next. Others seek her expertise to help them advance along their existing career paths.
Prior to coaching, Kim had a highly successful career in two major corporations – EMC and Monster. She made the difficult choice to leave her job in 2010, after the birth of her child. Rather than return to the corporate world, Kim decided to leverage her skills and experience to help others achieve success in their own careers.
Coaching has proved to be the perfect intersection of Kim's passions for psychology, business, and lifelong learning. She earned a BA in psychology and an MBA with a concentration in organizational leadership from Boston College. Additionally, she received career and life coaching certifications from the Life Purpose Institute. Kim is a CCE Board Certified Coach and is an authorized facilitator of Now What®?, a Life-Blueprint Program.
