NEGOTIATION, literally in her work world and as an instructor.
Very few of us are born negotiators. You can learn the art of win/win negotiation. Instructor Jen Stach will cover a variety of negotiating tricks and techniques to help participants learn things from pre-negotiation planning to the use of seemingly unimportant details like seating
arrangements and meeting site selection to influence the results of negotiations.
