The Workforce Training Fund is a state fund financed entirely by Massachusetts employers. Its purpose is to provide resources to Massachusetts businesses and workers to train current and newly hired employees.

Companies like yours are taking advantage of the fund and so can you.

In order to be eligible for the Workforce Training Fund Program, trainees must be employed in Massachusetts, the business or labor organization must pay into the Workforce Training Fund, and the company must be current with its unemployment insurance payments.
