Debbie is a global HR leader specializing in organizational transformation, leadership development, and aligning people strategy with business performance. She has led HR functions across multinational organizations supporting 1,600 employees worldwide.
As Head of HR at Nova Biomedical, she played a key role in its acquisition by Patricia Industries, leading due diligence, integration, and global system implementation.
Debbie is recognized for building high-engagement cultures, developing learning programs, and coaching senior leaders. She holds an MS in Management from MIT Sloan.
