The Wachusett District Firefighters Muster is a competition between eight area towns consisting of departments from Berlin, West Boylston, Harvard, Princeton, Boylston, Holden, Sterling and Bolton.

Firefighters compete in four separate events that demonstrate their skill and speed in fire related tasks. The events include the following separate races: tower, hose, pump and bed race, as well as a women’s race and Old Timer’s race (firefighters who have been with their departments for over 20 years).

Trophies are awarded to the team with the fastest time in each event. The Team with the best total time for the combined events will be declared the overall winner and will be presented with the Bonazzoli Trophy.
