Braised Short Rib – Black Shack Porter
Seasoned to perfection and slow cooked short rib served with fingerling potatoes & brussel sprouts
4th course:
Strawberry Short Cake – Strawberry White Belgian Ale
Three layers of white pound cake, filled with strawberries, whipped cream
