Cocktail hour:
Cheese Fondue – Country Ale
3 cheese blend of cheddar, Swiss and Gruyere served with French bread and salted pretzels
1st course:
Siracha Glazed Chicken Wings – IPA Larry
Spicy, sweet, crispy wings served with buttermilk ranch & mixed greens
2nd course:
Bolognese – Milk Stout
Fettuccini served with a hearty meat sauce and parmesan cheese
3rd course:
Braised Short Rib – Black Shack Porter
Seasoned to perfection and slow cooked short rib served with fingerling potatoes & brussel sprouts
4th course:
Strawberry Short Cake – Strawberry White Belgian Ale
Three layers of white pound cake, filled with strawberries, whipped cream
