Laouto player Vasilis Kostas and violinist Layth Sidiq met in Boston, many miles from their respective home countries -- the former is Greek, the latter Jordanian-Iraqi. Their duo highlights their musical roots while exploring new ways of improvising, writing, and arranging. |
