Trick-or-treating in small groups, outdoors, is recommended.
The CDC recently came out with a statement that trick-or-treating activities can be safely enjoyed outdoors. They suggested to keep activities outdoors, to avoid holiday gatherings, and to trick-or-treat in small groups.
