* Trick or Treating - Town of Groton
The Groton Police Department announces that Trick or Treating hours in Groton are 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2022.
Both Hollis Street and Champney Street will be one way for motoring traffic. Hollis Street will be one way heading north towards Chicopee Row; Champney Street will be one way heading southwest towards Main Street. See attached map.
We ask that you please follow these safety tips.
- Parents should accompany younger children.
- Wear reflective clothing.
- Carry flashlights and/or glow sticks.
- Use care when crossing and walking along the roadways.
- Walk single file.
- Parents should inspect all treat bags prior to allowing consumption.
Be cautious, be seen, and be safe.
