The Small Business Administration (SBA) mission is to maintain and strengthen the nation’s economy by aiding, counseling, assisting and protecting the interests of small businesses and by helping families and businesses recover from national disasters. 
 
The SBA has a variety of resources and programs to help start or grow a business (help for     businesses in all stages) and effectively compete in the marketplace.
