As we age, we become more vulnerable to heat stress and exhaustion. Learn the signs and how to prevent overheating in our workshop led by Wellness Director Michelle Cormier, LPN. Guests are encouraged to bring their loved one to enjoy a meal with residents during this free Lunch and Learn.

Bridges by EPOCH at Westford is committed to being a community resource for caregivers. That's why we host a monthly support group and dinner for anyone caring for someone with memory impairment. Certified Memory Impairment Specialist Alicia Seaver will lead the caregiver support group.

Guests are encouraged to bring the person they care for to enjoy a meal with our residents while the support group meets.
