This Summer Series offers a versatile lunch & learn format that is tailored to your budget and strengthen your professional goals for business. Sample our best sellers and most topical course offerings designed for entrepreneurs, small business, non-profit employees, and corporate staff. All sessions will be held at the MWCC Gardner Campus in the North Cafe from 12-1. There is a per session cost of $15 for those who pre-register and $17 for Walk-ins. Executive Luncheon is included with the cost of admission.
July 12th's session will be focused on How to Manage Conflict in the Organization. This session strives to equip professionals with the strategies, tactics and insights needed to gain control of tough conflict situations. Participants will discover how to spot potential interpersonal conflicts - and defuse them before they flare up. This session is designed to empower participants with insight in order to transform conflict into a positive and productive force by discovering proven techniques of principled negotiation.
