This Summer Series offers a versatile lunch & learn format that is tailored to your budget and strengthen your professional goals for business. Sample our best sellers and most topical course offerings designed for entrepreneurs, small business, non-profit employees, and corporate staff. All sessions will be held at the MWCC Gardner Campus in the North Cafe from 12-1. There is a per session cost of $15 for those who pre-register and $17 for Walk-ins. Executive Luncheon is included with the cost of admission.
June 14th's session will be focused on Implementing Lean Thinking: The Culture and Climate of Lean. Businesses that effectively use Lean Leadership gain an edge by enhancing profitability and delivering measurable results through improved efficiency and reduction of waste. Session participants will learn the importance of engaging stakeholders such as employees, customers, suppliers, investors, and communities both inside and outside the organization.
