November is National Caretaker Recognition month.  If you are a caretaker, we want you to take a moment to take care of you!
 
Please come and enjoy a chair massage by Compassion Massage, learn how to de-stress with seated yoga instruction by Silver Sneakers, and enjoy a mini manicure with hand massage by Amy from Salon 101!
