Spring Migrants Bird Walk

NRWA River Resource Center, 592 Main Street, Groton

Join NRWA’s Mark Archambault for a free field walk to look for spring migrants and nesters. We’ll meet at the NRWA River Resource Center in Groton at 7:00 a.m., then head out to prime birding locations around Groton including the General Fields/Surrenden Farm. The walk is open to birders of all experience levels; appropriate for ages 12 and up. Bring binoculars if you have them. Wear comfortable walking shoes, and consider use of insect and tick repellant measures. This walk is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is encouraged for planning purposes and for updates related to weather postponement.
