The Bel-Aires - Doo-wop vocals. In case of rain concerts will be held in the Shirley Meeting House. Concerts are free. Food and refreshments will be on sale by local non-profits that include the Center Town Hall, The Shirley Meeting House, the Shirley Senior Center and Shirley Arts!.
